  I couldn't imagine trusting this to anyone else, after the great job they had done with my mother's funeral in 2005. The compassion & care they used to help handle all the funeral arrangements was exceptional, and it was as though they were a trusted family advisor. We had specific requests, mostly related to our family's belief that spending money on a lavish funeral is a waste - they provided inexpensive options for taking care of my father's arrangements that still provided excellence and dignity. Jerome Roberts, CFSP, is a tribute to his profession. No pressure, sage counsel, and just the right touch of somber dignity, compassion and friendly discussion, and he thought of all the little details to making this day as easy as possible for a grieving family. Unbelievably good service. Thank you, Flanner & Buchanan, your job today was a tribute to my father and his memory, and all the focus was on him and the family, because you'd done everything else.
